 * Return Policy

  •   NO Return,  NO Exchange, NO refund for  any types of Saree, Lehenga Choli and any custom-stitched  items, no exceptions.
  •   NO Return,  NO Exchange, NO refund on Jewellery, no exceptions
  •   No returns on any final sale items, no exceptions.

  * Return and Exchange Terms and conditions

 always wants to ensure  that you like what you ordered, but if you don’t like the color or design or the size does not fit you, please  let us know immediately within 48 hoursof receiving the product. We are always ready to give you an exchange  or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style. Returns or Exchanges are not free (any items returning to us at customer cost and sending exchange items at customer cost).

  • All returns must reach us within 10 days of the original delivery/shipment date. Any returns after 10 days will not be accepted. No exceptions.


  • Return shipping will be paid by the customer and we will also deduct the shipping cost which we have spent while sending the product. Item must be in selling condition, not worn and folded properly in the original packaging attached with the tag. Without the tag attachedto the item, we will not accept any return/exchanges. No Exceptions.
  • Must provide the Packing Slip / Invoice inside the return box.

          We do not accept returns after 10 days of receiving the shipment. To Return any item you must e-mail  atcustomercare.she@gmail.comus within 48 hours after receiving the item and must mention the order # and invoice # on  the subject line.


   * Refund Policy:

            Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. All of our payments are securely processed through PayPal. Here what PayPal says about Refund Methods, "If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to thatcard. Refunds may take up to 35 days to appear on your card statement. If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal balance.


   Please read the following exchange policy carefully.

  • If your exchanged product price is more than the product that you have bought before then we will email you an invoice of the outstanding balance. We will ship your exchanged product once you pay the outstanding balance.
  • If your exchanged product price is less than the product you have bought before then we will refund you the remaining balance back to your credit or debit card.
